The form below should take no more than 20-25 minutes to complete. You’ll submit basic personal information, as well as brief descriptions of your academic and extracurricular accomplishments. After submitting the form, admissions staff at the colleges you indicated an interest in will reach out directly. Each commits to help you learn more about their institution and navigate the application process if you intend to apply. TSN partner contacts can also address any questions you may have about the transfer journey overall. Please note that this is not an official application for TSN partner schools.
